Full Refund – Credited back to your original payment method (up to S$400 per customer).
Store Credit – Receive credit equal to your purchase amount for future orders (counts toward the S$400 limit).

Note: The S$400 limit applies per customer across all claims. Once reached, no further Money-Back Guarantee claims can be processed.

  • Processing times may vary; funds typically appear in your account within 10–20 business days, depending on your bank.

  • One-time use only – store credit cannot be refunded once issued.
